EXCELLENT Based on 478 reviews Posted on joe simmondsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a great experience with Busy Bee Septic and Excavating LLC. Dwayne handled our septic inspection and was awesome to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He told it like it is, no sugarcoating, which I really appreciated. You can tell he knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. Would absolutely recommend.Posted on Peter StikaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thorough job done. Vinny and Mike took the time to apply the correct fix and educate me on our system. We had a bit of a complicated set up (to me) but they instantly worked through it. We're very happy with the work that was done. Thank you.Posted on Eric BlatzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm so thankful to Vinny and the Busy Bee Septic and excavating team! They did an absolutely amazing job replacing our old leech field and septic and installing a brand new system. They responded quickly, gave us the best price for the job, and left the property in better shape when they left. There was a few unexpected complications because of our property and they quickly came up with solutions that both resolved the problem and kept the project well within budget. Vinny and the team were informative before and throughout the project and were very respectful of the property during construction. I highly recommend Busy Bee Septic and excavating!!Posted on Brian MatthewsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had zero idea where my septic was or how it worked. The guys who came out did an amazing job finding the septic, cleaning it out and explain how the system works. Could not have asked for a better experience. They did all this in 15 degree weather at that!!! Amazing and will 100% use Busy Bee again. I completely forgot the guys names who assisted but they were amazing!!!!Posted on Bob LawrenceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional.Posted on Sam WeissmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Once the weather cooperated, the guys made quick work of a big job.. septic tank pumping and replacement, inlet and outlet pipe replacement, and then their camera found an additional problem that needed to be fixed, which they did. They were very straightforward about everything they were doing, taking me through the process and even showing me the camera footage. My septic system is 1000% better after they did the work. Everyone was very cordial, from those in the office to those in the field, and efficient with their and my time. They even dug up my first distribution box to check it's health and flagged it for me at no additional cost. Hire them.
