Thorough job done. Vinny and Mike took the time to apply the correct fix and educate me on our system. We had a bit of a complicated set up (to me) but they instantly worked through it. We're very happy with the work that was done. Thank you.

I'm so thankful to Vinny and the Busy Bee Septic and excavating team! They did an absolutely amazing job replacing our old leech field and septic and installing a brand new system. They responded quickly, gave us the best price for the job, and left the property in better shape when they left. There was a few unexpected complications because of our property and they quickly came up with solutions that both resolved the problem and kept the project well within budget. Vinny and the team were informative before and throughout the project and were very respectful of the property during construction. I highly recommend Busy Bee Septic and excavating!!

Honestly one of the best services I had done. I had zero idea where my septic was or how it worked. The guys who came out did an amazing job finding the septic, cleaning it out and explain how the system works. Could not have asked for a better experience. They did all this in 15 degree weather at that!!! Amazing and will 100% use Busy Bee again. I completely forgot the guys names who assisted but they were amazing!!!!

Once the weather cooperated, the guys made quick work of a big job.. septic tank pumping and replacement, inlet and outlet pipe replacement, and then their camera found an additional problem that needed to be fixed, which they did. They were very straightforward about everything they were doing, taking me through the process and even showing me the camera footage. My septic system is 1000% better after they did the work. Everyone was very cordial, from those in the office to those in the field, and efficient with their and my time. They even dug up my first distribution box to check it's health and flagged it for me at no additional cost. Hire them.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a grease trap?

A grease trap is a plumbing device that catches fats, oils, and grease (FOG) from kitchen wastewater before it reaches your main sewer line. It helps prevent clogs and keeps your system working properly.

Most commercial kitchens need cleaning every 1 to 3 months, depending on how much cooking and grease is produced. Regular cleaning helps prevent backups and keeps you in compliance with health codes.

If not cleaned, your grease trap can overflow or clog your drains. This can lead to foul odors, kitchen shutdowns, expensive plumbing repairs, and even health department violations.

Most cleanings take about 30 to 60 minutes. Larger or heavily filled traps may take longer, but we always work quickly and with minimal disruption to your business.

Yes. We safely remove all waste and transport it to a certified disposal facility, following all local environmental regulations.

Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours and weekend service, so you don’t have to worry about interrupting your daily operations.

Signs include slow drainage, bad smells, or grease visible near drains. If it’s been over a month since your last cleaning, it’s time to schedule a check-up.
